Appearance

A very muscular guy with the strength to prove it. He dresses very simply with a pink shirt muscle fit and dark trousers. He has heterochromia, his left eye is brown, his right; pink.
Nebulaeus wears his hair over his shoulder in a side ponytail, it’s pinker at the route and lilac at the ends. He’s very much described as pretty in the face.

Personality

Nebulaeus is a cool character, easily able to make the player character blush.
Though as the game goes on we learn that he is also able to be made flustered depending on what route you take.

Since he has the ability to fade into the background and stay hidden, he often is silently watching. Living his life like this has made him very lonely and he is drawn to other people for a connection, only not knowing how to really interact with them.

Other characters

GW - Thinks he is a hot-headed leader but respects his goals and dedication to his work.

Lee - Nebulaeus thinks Lee is too smart for his own good.

Rhin - Enjoys Rhin being in the position he is in for keeping the peace.

Tiggy - Is secretly another member of the palace, Tiggy has not been with. Since he doesn’t know of his or the shadow guard’s existence. Is curious but not enough so to risk his job, knowing how close Tiggy is to Akhelios.

Akhelios - His boss. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Dr - Barely see’s him as he rarely leaves his room. No opinion.

Cookie - Knows she isn’t as sweet and oblivious as she lets on so keeps an eye on her.

Don - Neb stays far away from her, he doesn’t trust her.
