How will my item be packaged?
Stickers and prints will come in ‘do not bend’ envelpes
Anything else goes in a bubble envelope
Can you mark my order as a ‘Gift’ to avoid the chance of customs charges?
I will not be able to do this for anyone as it is falsely declaring an item and is illegal, please do not ask this of me.
HELP! I ordered something and something else arrived!
Sorry about that! Please email me your order number and a photo of the item/s you did get and I will sort it out for you ASAP!
Sometimes mistakes happen as it’s just me doing this and my AuDHD can get the best of me
I didn’t pay for tracked shipping and my parcel didn’t arrive?
If you ordered something like stickers, prints etc then get in touch and we will try and sort something out.
If you ordered a necklace, then when adding the jewelry to your basket you will have had a terms and conditions pop up that you would have had to agree to.
You have to agree that you understand that if you do NOT pay for tracked shipping, you are at risk for the loss.
So if you ordered jewelry and didn’t pay for tracked shipping and the parcel has gone missing… I am sorry but that is the risk you chose to take. I am not able to lock in tracked shipping on jewelry orders alone using this website. Meaning the parcels aren’t insured if not tracked.
What to do if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact me within 1 week of receiving your order if there is something wrong with it and we will discuss the next step to take.
*I do not offer refunds, however I will send out a replacement if photo evidence is provided of an item that has been damaged in transit.
This does NOT include, accidental damage caused by buyer.
If your item hasn’t arrived after 2 months or the order you received is incorrect, please get in touch so I can rectify it (With the exception of pre-orders)
*Refunds are occasionally offered in the case of certain circumstances

Where are you shipping from?
I’m currently based in England. This means orders within England will be the first to arrive
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Packging day is the first week of each month.
Pre-order items can take 2-3 months from placing order to being packed as the items will be ordered at the start of the following month. They then have to get from the manu to myself and I will ship them at the start of the month after they’ve arrived.
Everything is shipped from the UK
International orders will be slower sent standard
For faster delievery with guarnteed delievery, please pick tracked
I have done my best to keep the prices low and am still biting some of the cost, I hope you’ll understand. I am not a big company so cannot get cheap postage.
